Andrew is the founder of DieFatty.com, a website whose aim is to help people lose weight and gain muscle.

Andrew was a chubby kid, and got into strength training in 1999. As a result he has lost his chubbiness and has gain more self confidences in the process.
Andrew decide to start learning all he could about strength training after injuring his shoulder and back many times doing back lifts. And as a result has literal read hundreds of books and magazine about martial arts, strength training, weight lifting, nutrition and self improvement. He has help his friends, family and co-workers to lose fat and build more muscle.
Andrew has since gone on to earn his brown-black strip in Aiki Jiu Jitsu.
Andrew likes body weight exercise, tai chi, weight lifting, intervals, sled pulling, sled dragging, etc.
